Magma Events works with a large team of servers and preparers across multiple events. This application helps organize employee assignments, track vacation days, and calculate the staffing cost for each event.
Administrators can view the full schedule, manage assignments through an interactive spreadsheet, and see employee availability based on submitted vacation requests.
Employees can log in to view their personal schedule, access event location information, open Google Maps directions, and submit new vacation day requests directly through the system.

View events in date order, see assigned staff grouped by role, and review contact and location information for each event.

Assign or remove employees from events while clearly seeing vacation conflicts, staff totals, and event cost calculations.
